For me, it was the Mario Fan Games Galaxy forums. Until two of the admins decided on a whim to casually split the forum into two entirely different websites, making the MFGG forums entirely for fangames (no more fun or casual conversations) and putting all that now-unthemed "useless" chatter into a new forum (Minus World). Last I looked about a year or two ago:
