What if they keep growing because God is telling them to procreate so that her children can drain her boobs for her? For example, if I were the child of a mother with gigantomastia, I would gladly drain them for her every day, even at an adult age. It releases the pressure for her and it gives me mommy milkies--it's a win win situation.
