I'll shill for Chipotle and say they belong in the S/SS tier. Of course it varies from location to location but on average I find their meals to be tasty, filling, and have a nice presentation. Items are (mostly) reasonably priced unless you go for some niche items.
Dipping in shortly after opening hours (avoid lunch rush obviously) and most stuff are very fresh.
IMO as good as it gets for fast food of the type.
