I think I missed the boat with mine, a year ago people were getting allowed to do it full time if they requested it and I knew a few people from my team that did it. I held off asking because I wasn't sure if I wanted to stick around and was struggling since joining, now I'm doing perfectly well and would stay long term if I got fully remote, talked with manager about it a month ago and it turns out that the company no longer approves of it
