The fact that a significant amount of cuckolds are begging to pay for Silksong at a higher price proves that price itself doesn't matter. Whether it's $20 or $100, if a videogame is THAT good, people will find a way to purchase it if purchasing it is the only means to play it.
If these other indie devs weren't so goddamn spineless, they'd still sell their games at the prices they initially decided for them. That said, yielding is basically a confession that the game they are peddling is made half-assedly and are just trying to scam people for their money.
