Yeah the sales for Remake after porting it everywhere but Switch was basically FFXIII level (7mllion). The sales for Rebirth aren't even confirmed to have cleared FFXIII-2 (3.5million) and that did well enough for them to give it DLC.

They've actually bungled FF7Remake like no other game. There's absolutely no way they expected their huge budget FF7 Remake trilogy to have sales comparable or even lower than FFXIII's slapped together asset-reuse Lightning trilogy.
