speed is capped until you reach the final leg of the race, after that you start accelerating to your actual top speed, any acceleration ult that lands at the start of the final leg is amazing since it will make you reach it faster than people relying only on natural accel, seiun sky does that (blue in inherited, red is seiun sky real ult)
