just a quick FYI
trying to nuke a damn is like trying to nuke a hill. not much will happen.
nukes are designed to blow up above ground, like half a mile high.
the only way a nuke would destroy that dam is if its dropped into the reservoir within 500 feet of the dams walls.
dams are filled with tunnels and passageways. so if someone was to sneak in a briefcase nuke inside and allah ackbar themselves, this would destroy the dam.

dams are not solid objects, they are full of internal access tunnels. all you need is to get one of those little backpack nukes inside it and blamo, the entire thing crumbles.
