the loser that refused to spot me a couple weeks ago was in there, he was curling 30 lbs (LOL), got right up in his face and curled 110. karma always gets her way. anyways 210 was the right weight for deadlifts, and i'll do it again in a few days. it's been some time since i deadlifted and back is still not 100%

hey john! that's great. was waiting for you. sorry about your legs, but the more you go the less sore you get, and if you are in that state you're definitely going to notice some results in the next few days. creatine helps with that too. do you do any cardio? you might want to start especially if your soreness is really bad tomorrow.
