The only reason Rixia is in Calvard is because Falcom arbitrarily decide that each arc needs "reps" from the other arcs and Rixia is the only one from Crossbell you could reasonably justify as being in Calvard for any real reason. That's it. It's the same reason Renne and Fie are in Calvard.
