Imagine 8x true super sampling in the center of your vision and just low MSAA at periphery.

With the arms elevated and force upwards like that, by their own weight no less, they are unable to draw full breaths. Eventually, hypoxia sets in, and their very diaphragm is unable to function, leading to a slow suffocation while they are barely conscious, unable to force their body to continue to breathe.
