Some anon told me the other day that some of my SRs are a bit underpowered for the number of pulls I've done (like 200+) specially since I don't even have 1 copy of Eishin Flash, should I pull some more? I have 10k saved up

I don't know, I feel like for the amount of pulls I've done (around 250) my deck is definitely underpowered and kinda shitty, there are some uma banners I want to save for (I'm at like 10k carats) but this is also the last good support banner in a while so I don't know what to do. Is my deck that bad?
