This one is a little bit more tricky but if you make sure to do at least 5 runs a day in a crew that also does five or more runs a day then you should on average be getting 40-50m Fans a month. Currently the Fan cutoff for S is something like 650m so if all members of crew work in harmony then bam, easy S Tier Club. A+ tier is also okay though.
