>how ya doing
not that well, but also not that badly. kinda meh. the heat doesn't help, either. ^^' what about you?

>maybe at the end of the year
seems like a good amount of time between events like that.

>ended up spending a good 400euro over those 4 days.
ouch. but hey, at least you had a good time. that's worth more in my opinion.

>playing emerald
that's a gen i've never played. i think i was just out of pokemon at the time. how is it?

>still had my old savefile.
oh... that's nice. you're completing your dex, right?

>I might attempt a randomizer nuzlocke or something since I've never done that
that's what i mean. it's such a popular way to play pokemon, so why isn't it in the games?

>gen 6 or 7
man, i actually have to look up which ones that are... ^^'

>anything released on the switch (apart from legends arceus maybe) has been absolute shit.
yeah, i've stayed away from those games as well. just had nothing appealing to them in my eyes. especially since they still want to hang on the the two game formular, while also selling dlc. i kinda feel like it should be either and i also think they should just release a single game at this point.

>my main worry is that gen 4-6 are like core memories for me, like to the point where I still remember waking up early before school watching the black and white anime and stuff and how it made me feel back then
yeah. i remember watching gundam wing as a kid before school and when i tried watching it later, i absolutely hated it. sometimes things are better left remembered.

>It's been hard realizing the only time I was truly happy was as a little kid
word. it's hard to stay optimistic when all you can do is look back.

hello officeanon! welcome back! :D i've been wondering when you'd stop by.

>Hope everyone is doing all right.
i'm ok. last few weeks haven't been too kind, but i think i'm a bit better now.

>Stressful past few weeks, won't go into it, but things are looking pretty good now and have some exciting developments coming up.
that's ok. i'm just glad things are improving.

>Looking forward to the weekend now
you deserve it. how are the girlfriend and the house doing? everything in order?

>yep, it might be :/
rooting for you!

>I'm not asking for a favor, it a thing I can literally submit a paper for
that's the spirit. :>

>but r u sure?
i'll try to keept it on the lighter side. also don't want to disappoint my friend.

>You can watch it too if u want here's an interesting one
thank you. i'll check it out later. i just put on a movie for once. a cure for wellness.

>japan was very closed off and was still using and improving matchlock guns when the rest of the world moved on from those
you only can work with what you got, i suppose.
