o-dsmt is literally just superior tramadol, o-dsmt is the active metabolite of tramadol but the difference is that
1. tramadol itself is not active until your body metabolises it (some people literally lack the necessary enzyme to metabolise it and therefore can't get high from trams), and
2. tramadol gets metabolised into more, different metabolites than just o-dsmt and those different metabolites are the reason that tramadol comes with a seizure risk when you dose too high

o-dsmt is better than tramadol in every possible way
