He wants to kill Nous because aeons but that one especially is limiting the thirst for knowledge? And by destroying everything he can bring a new era of humans?
Did he convince Nanook to make irontomb an emanator or he just took advantage of it and put it inside his scepter (which is the very first one).
Or maybe its simpler and he is just seething that Nous and Rupert took control of his scepter technology.
