Looking at the human right's organizations of countries you hate is a good way to ease your hatred of them.
Like I loathed Croatia until I looked into HHO and Yihr. Even the worst country on earth, Israel, has +972 and B'Tselem.
It might seem easier to generalize, but it's actually a lot more reassuring to know there are good people even in bad countries.

I would support Democrats over Republicans if pro-gun & pro-life Democrats were more common. Those two issues are the only things I side with the "right" on.
