A book I have that I believe you will like is "The Apostolic Fathers Greek Texts and English Translations"
It's no nonsense, literally just the writings of the men I mentioned already and it gives you the left hand page in Greek and the right hand side in English
I was mean because you said things that weren't accurate about our position and I got mad
I want you to learn as much as possible and try to prove us wrong, we will have better conversations in the future and my personal bias says that learning about the early Church and what our actual position is will lead to your conversion (Not a conversion to a false Catholicism that you think we believe in, but the actual position that we have, which I don't think you fully understand yet)
This is not intended to sound belittling or anything like that, I think all people should investigate these things further, it's something that we all need more familiarity with
