The way I understand maids is that they do their aspects job and enforce its methods and help others gain it. Like how Aradia becomes a helper for the deceased but also talks about needing to enforce that those ghosts actually do move on eventually. She's the servant to entropy and death. A Maid of Breath then would try and free people from their constraints. Makes me think whether or not Luffy would be one. Though freedom can go a bit too far sometimes and become detachment. I could see some buddha visuals appearing on one and helping (forcing?) other people to become similar
