I just made a Mane 6 voice pack, and I don't consider it finished yet; I only used the best parts of the first two "MLP voice lines" videos you found on YT.
So let me know what you think and what changes you suggest!

download this zip, extract it and put all the files inside the "System" folder of the game -> C:\UT2004\System
You have to pick the voice you'll use manually; it doesn't change automatically with your character, but it's something you can switch in-game easily.
You can do it in the "player" tab, the same one where you choose your character and username.
Press "v" key for use them.

First making a voice pack for Vinyl, and I was thinking about using sounds like "wub wub" and a few seconds of some well-known dubstep beats, DJ sounds or something like that.
I don't know what you guys think, and I'd also need help with those sounds.
I was thinking about building a custom Announcer (you know, the guy who yells "DOUBLE KILL" and the woman who says "You had won the match"), probably with Celestia.
It would be cool if any PPP anon could help with this one, I can post a template with all the sounds to make and examples.
And then maybe developing a mutator to use only the MLP custom symbols, another one to download music from custom maps, replace map items with low-poly models, and eventually make plyermodels... But it's too early for that
