Of course, we have the EQG skin pack, maps like Rainbow Factory, and now voice packs for the Mane 6.
You have to download the skins manually in order to use them yourself.

I just made a Mane 6 voice pack, and I don't consider it finished yet; I only used the best parts of the first two "MLP voice lines" videos you found on YT.
So let me know what you think and what changes you suggest!

download this zip, extract it and put all the files inside the "System" folder of the game -> C:\UT2004\System
You have to pick the voice you'll use manually; it doesn't change automatically with your character, but it's something you can switch in-game easily.
You can do it in the "player" tab, the same one where you choose your character and username.
Press "v" key for use them.

First making a voice pack for Vinyl, and I was thinking about using sounds like "wub wub" and a few seconds of some well-known dubstep beats, DJ sounds or something like that.
I don't know what you guys think, and I'd also need help with those sounds.
I was thinking about building a custom Announcer (you know, the guy who yells "DOUBLE KILL" and the woman who says "You had won the match"), probably with Celestia.
It would be cool if any PPP anon could help with this one, I can post a template with all the sounds to make and examples.
And then maybe developing a mutator to use only the MLP custom symbols, another one to download music from custom maps, replace map items with low-poly models, and eventually make plyermodels... But it's too early for that
Any help and idea is welcome!

Just to say for at least one of Twilight Sparkle's lines (v -> 3 -> 2), an Order, I have to choose which players to say it to.

(v -> 3 -> 1) and (v -> 3 -> 3) allow me to choose [ALL], but (v -> 3 -> 2) here doesn't, so I can't say it. Probably easily fixed.

For more info, it looks like all of the (v -> 3 -> 2) options (across all of the Mane 6) don't allow you to select players to broadcast to. Hope this helps.

I had more fun playing UT with bots than I have with any multiplayer game released in the past decade

I was lazy about installing the mods, instead letting the server send them to me as I joined, which was a slow process.

The voice pack's one, it's just an edit I made of the skin pack's .upl, so bots will have a voice pack as default according to their character.
Both version should work anyways

The models would look too weird in this case, considering the type of animations in the game.
I'd rather prefer taking bipedal models that have full-body armor, like Master Chief from Halo, and add an pony head as if this manly soldier took off his helmet and turned out to be Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic the whole time.

It's a game mode consisting of two teams and two points on the map (A and B) that must be dominated by one team at the same time for 10 seconds to score 1 point.
When a team scores, the points reset (but the game doesn't stop, so it's still a fast-paced mode).

While there's still a while to go, I want you to know that during the next EQG stream (September 14th), the server will likely be quite active.
Last time, there were a little over 10 anons, if my memory work.
And this time, I'll make sure to make a good "commercial break"-style video to put in the queue so we can clearly define the segment and no one playing misses part of the stream or vice versa

Any idea what game mode you want to play?
So we take advantage of the player count.
Practically any option is viable, even Onslaught with some small maps is totally viable with 10 players.
Or CTF, CTF with vehicles (I know some cool small maps here that are quite straightforward and fun), Double Domination, or just play Deathmatch (or Team DM)
