Yeah those are definitely the areas I'm lacking in most. Muscle clumps are just easier to learn and linework is easy to polish.

Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it!

Thanks anon. Got a hearty chuckle out of me. You're right. Got a long way to go but we'll all get there.

Man, I haven't seen any of his stuff in years. Hope Marshall's doing okay.

I get what you mean though. Hopefully I'll never draw an aborted fetus on livestream.

My Oc's. Some manga. Vidya. Pulp fantasy and scifi. Lovecraft and Fromsoft.

Artistically picrel. Throw in some Miura/Berserk. Love his hatching.

I like the soft transitions of tone and often muted colours of Mucha's work. I would really like to learn how to colour like this digitally.

On top of that I love the one he outlines and find a similar approach in a lot of manga's. Hatching, both in B&W and with colours is also something I enjoy.

I also have a soft spot for anatomy, which is something I've been trying to work on.

I'm definitely on the way with my linework and anatomy but I really don't know where to go to for rendering as I'm still stuck on a very simple cellshade look which while I don't hate is more dictated my skill level than preference.

I like this spread. What is it about your vidya pics you like? The pic itself or the general vvibe from the games they belong to?

Source on the Red Knight down the bottom?

This is a nice and nuanced way of laying out your goals. Also like the spread of works, especially on the M/V/A side. But a lot of the linework on L/S/GS is nice too.
