i know this is a troll thread, but i unironically do this.
usually it's for when i realize there's too much egg for the egg wash so i just put a bit aside and mix it with the bread crumbs.
i wouldn't eat it as a meal tho, usually it's like a spoonful of the stuff.
if i can be bothered, a bit of oil and a pan basically turns it into a hash brown kind of thing
