I feel like we can trace back most degenerates ages 30 and under to an episode of Family Guy.

I just saw Superman today and I'll be honest, with how good the word of mouth was, how many memes produced and how addictive the end song was, I expected a bit more. I still enjoyed a lot but I don't know, I thought they were going to lean more on the "hope" theme

So maybe it's the zoomer in me speaking (born in 1998), but I have no idea how could someone watch a 12 episode show and say it's worse than a similar quality 50 episode show.

Even if it had weird pacing, a terrible plot or even terrible characters (not saying this one has all of those), a torture that lasts for 12 episodes always will be better than a torture that lasts for 50.
