And your idiocy has already been shown, proven false, and also solved by something so remarkably simple, you cannot seem to slow down and grasp it.
You can solve YOUR problem (NOT FF12's problem) easily: change your gambits' priorities. Move it down. Move one you want up.
Change the HP requirement for a specific heal and raise it higher than any attack.
Change the status requirement for a specific curing and raise it higher than any attack.
Change the status requirement for a specific curing and drop it lower than specific attacks or healing.
Keep a Gambit's requirement completely identical between ALL 3 characters... but change them up and down in priority on your list!! You'll find out (if you're paying attention to your action requirements, called "gambits") they DO DIFFERENT THINGS! In fact, each character will do EXACTLY what you want them to do! Exactly what you structured their priority of actions to do!!
