Okay so after the wide acclaim of Volume F, Isakusan/Pikachu was praised to the point of being compared to Fate’s Nasu. And he let that get to his head.

Isakusan got bigger visions and wanted to make his own game, poaching multiple BA fellow workers to jump ship with him.
He managed to strike deals with LINE to invest on him. And to settle debts to do that LINE got Last Origin sold to Valofe.
But turns out he wasn’t as good of a developer as he was of a writer. Project KV was target of heavy criticism for his perceived betrayal, blatant reuse of BA traits like schoolgirls with halos, the planning obviously happening while he was working in Blue Archive and so on. The studio collapsed before jr could get anything.
Blue Archive got a bunch of delays while they had to fill the void of staff.

In this world of children he exists to be the one adult who has chosen to help them, and guide them. It's kinda the entire point of the game, the role of an adult and the duty of an adult. It takes the allegory to an extreme with a world of nothing but children who distrust and hate adults, he exists to help them one by one. Sensei's role is to be "the good adult", he sets an example of what it means to be an adult.
