No, it's terrible. You have all of these guys at the top of the Vulcan High Command talking all breathlessly angry, speaking in tones of suspicion and distress -- the acting is terrible, honestly the worst Vulcan acting in any Star Trek and it's not even close.

It's particularly terrible juxtaposed against a Tuvok episode where Russ gives a proper Vulcan performance.
