Some jackasses in the illuminati tried to make various versions of immortality, and they all backfired. So some of their science projects got loose and polluted the world with radioactive snow, while a rogue AI one of them made uses the catastrophe as an in to seize control of government facilities and also trick people into making a cult around her.
The initial disaster mutates a bunch of women at ground zero of the disaster into becoming slowly-evolving demigods. The security lead in charge of the cleanup is then sent into space to deal with the rogue AI, but she catches him, freezes him for three years, and then sends him back to earth with a brain implant to control him.
He eventually gets the implant out, tames the "problem unit" of schizo girls, and now globetrots while he tries to thwart the AI's plans while also fucking and marrying every insane girl he gets his hands on.
