I was under impression everyone was sussy about the game ever since first announce into delay or whatever happened way back in the day. Weren't some devs hostile towards fanbase at some point too?
The game never gonna be loved unless it's an actual oldschool rpg or something like System Shock 2. Right now it's way closer to Bioshock. Even Desu Ex reboot seems more involved and nuanced.
