Assuming the only upgrades you made were the ones you listed, your back door still probably has the weakest link being the hinges/screws. Hell, maybe your front, too. Get some drill bits and deck screws, something like 3 1/2" Hillman coated ones should be fine. Bit should be just undersized compared to the shaft (not slightly smaller than the threads, slightly smaller than the shaft on the threaded portion). Ideally you'd have some decent length drill bits. Pre-drill the screw holes then screw the deck screws in. DO NOT PUT THE SCREWS IN WITHOUT PRE-DRILLING (trust me bro). Replace all screws in the hinges and any security upgrades that go into your studs with these screws. A lot of hinges, chains, latches, and whatever other door-related bits and bobs are often installed with nothing more than a 1" screw at best. They don't even go through the trim a lot of the time so they don't even touch the stud, meaning you have all the holding power of those panel nails with round heads (you know, the ones that are super easy to yank off or pull the head through). Again, PRE DRILL your holes. Also consider a security strike plate; they have more surface area and more screws holding them in. Again deck screw that on; pre-drill that as well. The security strike plate may require you to chisel or file away some of the trim as the little angled tongue of the strike plate seems to be at a bit more of an aggressive angle than the standard ones.
