The last one is the dealbreaker as nobody would be able to use it, it would set a bad precedent for future collabs who would also want special treatment like Square Enix for example. Basically it makes no one happy and fucks up all future deals they can make.

As an aside, Tobyfox showed up for musical artists, so there's that but I doubt he'd let Anyone like Undyne in the game.
