I don't know if JAX is actually trans but I definitely think he's used as a voice for what Goose probably felt before she decided she was trans. And although she said all ships are fine, I do think she personally sees Jax as gay. A trans creator making fun of their character being in the closet and turning him into merchandise would be pretty funny though.
