I don't think Pomni is going to turn into a heartless bitch this episode, but I think she's going to have a sort of moment realization at the end where she starts to really see that the others don't like Jax. I wouldn't be surprised if after the game ends she goes back to 'normal' and sincerely wishes someone she shot a good game, only for them to give her the cold shoulder. I think what Pomni does in this episode is less interesting than where she'll go from there. Remember that she DOES like the other Circus members, and that she considers Ragatha and Kinger to be her friends. It'll be interesting if she catches herself and reflects or if she'll decide that Jax is just right.

Ragatha isn't actually nice. She's putting on a happy face because that is her coping mechanism. She does it because she grew up in an abusive home and can't deal with conflict. She isn't being emotionally honest, and that prevents emotional connection. Then when she gets overwhelmed, the mask slips and she lashes out at those around her, even Pomni.
People don't hate her for trying to stay positive, they hate her because she is incapable of dealing with discomfort and negativity. Jax and Gangle both complain about her being disingenuous. Pomni is also starting to see through her act, and growing more distant.

She screwed up her chance of being friends with Pomni in the very first episode. It was obvious to Pomni that Ragatha was hurt that she abandoned her for the exit and forgot about her. Instead of expressing it she said nothing. Then at the start of the next episode she downplayed it and told Pomni there were no hard feelings. Pomni reacts negatively then, and again when Ragatha tries to joke about it in the bar scene.
Where as jax starts to open up to her in episode 4 and then a lot in 5.

Yeah I'm looking forward to Kinger being back in a more prominent role. He really made episode 3 my favorite and his coherent self was a really fun character moment. Kinda hoping the dark scenes means he'll come back to that state, even if just for a moment. Pomni being full gremlin mode looks to be hilarious too, I'm cautiously optimistic that after two "Kinda okay" episodes that episode 6 will be amazing.

They presumably have tons of free time when not doing adventures, it wouldn't be too much to ask for Ragatha to just ask to speak to Pomni alone and just generally acknowledge the situation and whether or not she blames Pomni for it (and even without the mask I don't think Ragatha outright WOULD blame Pomni for it, but there'd certainly be some lingering distance between them because of how harsh that whole scene was.)

They don't have to get deep into it, just don't play all happy go lucky pretending it never happened or, as we saw in the bar scene, bring it up to only then treat it like a fun little joke to bond over.

So now that we have "Caine & Abel" confirmed, I bet the manikin wandering around is Abel (which is why it's allowed to be in the Circus and not confetti'd) and he looks like a plain manikin because the game was abandoned and left unfinished before his design could be made and he could be given any kind of admin powers.
That or it's Abel and Caine stripped him of his powers because he was jealous of him and then the C&A company went bankrupt or something.
