Depends on how tall you are. Previous iterations of that engine did cook people's shins, but from what I'm told it's no different to an LC8 bike cooking it's seat, a guzziv7 II that left a dent in my shins, my beemer cooking my inner thigh, or some people complaining that the T7 engine casing knocks their foot off the pegs.
