It's not really meant as scathing criticism, of course. More of a "Yeah, we all know" kind of thing.
The school is called "Prison HS" and shit but at no point is the real message or intent to get the player to decide their kid will get a normal education instead of the Japanese marathon of school, mandatory after-school activities and juku on the weekends.
