The Ann/Ryuji/Morgana banner to get Ann. She's very useful in early game. Joker is a good unit too but that's beyond the basic rerolls

The concept of more Phantom Thief teams is decent because it does the same thing that was successful in 5: here's bad person, infiltrate palace, defeat their shadow.
However, having it all rely on gacha mechanics effectively ruins it.
I do believe some gachas would be legit good games without the gachashittery, and this is one of them.

Note that Ann and Morgana can also be gotten as freebies (you get two choices, so one or the other or a dupe of one so that one character is extra powerful) so Joker and Rin are extra desirable since they can't be gotten as freebies in the same way.

This game has no real value as a standalone game prior to completion. Even if they release an offline game, the story will remain in an incomplete state. Idk I played 47 minutes and wasn't really feeling it. Story seems like a retread of P5 mixed with P3 apathy syndrome, gameplay seems to just be modern Persona with inflated numbers, hard to really tell when every single fight has been a tutorial cutscene telling me what buttons to press.

It's funny, yeah. Notice how because Wonder's a dude, he's never in any danger. It's something that I've noticed, but Wonder's life is hilariously easy and convenient compared to Joker. How is the protagonist in this game? one of the main reasons why I can't get into many gacha stories is because almost always the writers just cannot find a way to actually have their protagonists be organic and actually exist in every story beyond just being a way to drive it forward without talking. I think the only gacha protagonist I've ever enjoyed was blue archive's since its completely unapologetic about being a self insert, they never try to push Sensei as anything other than just the player's way of connecting to the playable characters
