Technically you may be correct but you have to see the whole context and it's completely silly.
I mean. It's about countering the fomo created by the con goers. Last time they were incredibly smug about being at the con, especially those who still came online mostly to brag about the great con. So I think doing a tongue in cheek counter fomo for those going to the con is a fun thing.
Tea is angery about a ton of things even really small things so you can't really take this shit too seriously.
If this all works out in the end some will have had a great time at a pony con and others a polymare they can mod to their heart's content.
