I get what you guys are saying, and yes it is a meme play. But I also really think it's at least doable. I wanted to detail why I think it'd work better. The main benefit is giving the QB who has to pass (whom I will call QB2) more time. In a traditional play (right), the QB has to drop back and is immediately under threat of pressure (sometimes outright under pressure, depending on the O-line). Whereas, if you have QB1 immediately throw to QB2, QB2 will have miles of grass in between him and the nearest pass rusher. QB1 could also serve as a blocker, but that's not realistic outside of freaks like Josh Allen. Regardless, QB2 will have all day to go through his progressions, plant a garden, read War and Peace, and then make the throw before the defense can get near him
