Little of what I'm gonna say here will be applicable to anyone else most likely, I'm a manlet and alternate between OMAD and fasting, plus I don't really obsess over exact protein counts.
For protons I mostly eat magerquark/low fat cottage cheese, as well as pasta dishes incorporating ground meats or tofu to not go insane
Two 500g tubs of magerquark cost 2.78€ and contain 121g of protein at 700 kcal, in the past I lost ~15 kg eating just that every day.
