Operators are what the gunners could've been if given a bit of story, Disciples are edgelords for the sake but have the nicest outfits and the pack is just raider frat.

They had 5 raider groups in the post war holotapes, we got the part of one that was known for drugs and trying not to kill.
they are more run of the mill raiders, but have some nice characters here and there.
