Wtf are you literally me? I started at around 5km a day and now my avg day is 15km a day.
Just eating rice with meat and fish for every meal (lots of good jap recipes out there fuck it I’m a proud weeb) and walking a lot has helped me lose 100 pounds. I’ve gone through like four pairs of sneakers this year though lol
