I got an RGB modded N64 and an Everdrive 64. I don't know why people bother with these meme consoles, if you want to go authentic go for real hardware, if you want to play some weird emulation/FPGA shit why not emulate? The only reason I go with real hardware is because I want to hook it up to my CRT and play with the original controller otherwise I would emulate with a crt filter.
And yes I know I could set up an emulation box using an older Nvidia card that supports anaolg and some adapters or a MiSTer but I actually enjoy repairing, region unlocking and modding my consoles, it was really fun to mod my SNES sweating lifting the CPU pads just to put in 2 switches to play Jap and PAL releases.

PS1 destroys the N64 in terms of library but I still find the N64 comfier and have it hooked up longer. The retarded controller gives a different and unique experience too.

Yeah it's great, I'm not a Zelda fanatic but I enjoy the series and every time I replay OoT I'm pleasantly surprised how well it holds up. It's amazing how much they did with how little they had, it's the complete opposite of BotW/TotK. It's a no bullshit game that gets straight to the point and doesn't waste your time, all killer no filler.

I'm currently replaying it and it holds up incredibly well, it's a no bullshit game that doesn't waste your time and goes straight to business. I'm also impressed by how much it does with how little it has, there are so many different things to do everywhere. At least try playing it till you reach the 3rd dungeon OP.
