Nobody has gotten it yet. They haven't even posted a single photo or video of the thing working. Its big claim to fame is it's going to be infinitesimally more accurate than the N64 core on the MiSTer, so it might be the case that just isn't panning out for them and they're desperately rushing to fix up the emulation.

If it is then people are gonna be up in arms because they specifically recruited people from the FPGA communtiy to create a new emulation on a more capable board. I doubt that's what's happening, but it can still be disappointing in its own unique way.

I got an RGB modded N64 and an Everdrive 64. I don't know why people bother with these meme consoles, if you want to go authentic go for real hardware, if you want to play some weird emulation/FPGA shit why not emulate? The only reason I go with real hardware is because I want to hook it up to my CRT and play with the original controller otherwise I would emulate with a crt filter.
And yes I know I could set up an emulation box using an older Nvidia card that supports anaolg and some adapters or a MiSTer but I actually enjoy repairing, region unlocking and modding my consoles, it was really fun to mod my SNES sweating lifting the CPU pads just to put in 2 switches to play Jap and PAL releases.

why would anybody buy shit like this without any reviews? even with reviews, this chinese shit isn't trustworthy. I bought one of those chink emulator handhelds that had a ton of positive reviews, and it literally just never shipped. still took my 80 bucks though. fuck china.
