Race riots being nudged into existence would be my guess. All this immigration thing, is focusing on race, being pushed as racist, nudging the ethnics into being concerned and being ready.
The issue is first with the government and politics in general, then we deal with the issues they caused.
The government is fascist, and they should all have their throats slit.
