Hey I just want to talk about the movies on a movie forum as a guy who never read the books and who found the films to be kinda underwhelming. No need to mean :(

As for the pulp fiction reference, I think it was a cool choice to keep the content of the briefcase mysterious. It served the genre of the movie. With the dune films the genre of the movie that is being advertised is a sci-fi goliath and a war epic with incredible lore. So when i plop my girthy ass on the seat I expect gripping science fiction, cool expansive worldbuilding that swoops me in, long grand strategic bouts of warfare etc. And the movies just kinda failed to deliver that. I am sure the books deliver that, why else would they be praised to all hell. But the movie did not which is why I am discussing my experience with the films with you fine gentlemen.

It is actually kinda fucked how those small countries get screwed over for having a sparse population. If you look at the per capita amounts luxembourg and malta are participating reasonably well. Hell even cyprus has a higher % than fucking france. They dont deserve to get ragged, it's unironically rigged against these guys.
