The bracer enchant would need to be over 38SP to beat the 25% bonus on Flask of Supreme power, that's not counting Greater Arcane Elixir bonus on top. And I doubt it will be that high. Not only do you get that, but you also get double duration AND increased mana pots which means you will be fighting much longer. LW maybe better for Melee, but we don't know what added flasks/elixirs we are getting and if we get an AP flask Alchemy will still be better.

So what is actually going to be the Epoch guild? Considering how the thread hasn't gotten any faster I'm assuming the launch isn't going to be nost levels of big and no one is "coming back" so is it just going to be FMC again? I want people to level with and talk to since I have 2 weeks off for launch, but I really dislike a lot of the FMC people.
