my only advice is to meet new people often. when meeting or hanging out you both have a particularly good experience naturally and you feel interested afterwards, pursue as long as signals are green and religiously assume hanlon's razor to not fall into the pit of apologizing for what you don't need to and other self sabotage
i have nothing else. it's literally just luck, finding the right people. to meet the right person requires you to meet a lot of people and play the luck game often, if you aren't meeting new people you don't stand a chance
