Its thigh meat from a leftover rotisserie chicken on toasted white bread dressed with a garlic/paprika mayo I like making. I like taking the skin and crisping it in the airfryer. I put it on top of the thigh meat \with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and dill pickles. Bite? Taken. Sandwich? Devoured. Stomach? Filled. Balls? Emptied. Boxers? Soiled.
