It's not that Toby is a hack, it's that there's no new video games with a good story or fantasy world. Hardly any are even trying. Lots of games had drama, story, and fantasy in the past. Toby is just a fan boy of it all, more so towards the Mother/Earthbound series. He's mimicking it as an amateur, but an amateur is better than nothing. Everyone forgot that what he's doing is nothing new. It's just that 99% of video games these days have no story -just a means to an end or justification for gameplay.
