Bullshit just pisses me off. I honestly roll my eyes every time I see "Hit the ground running". I swear I must be autistic because why can't companies just write

The worst part is they all for all the bullshit I wrote above and then at the end of the job posting it says 24k per year. Like you want a talented individual to hit the ground running for slightly better than minimum wage?
